I had cleared my ICWAI inter in June 2011, so my next attempt for final would be in June 2012.

But during 2012, i have taken a drop form ICWAI and completed my MBA Finance and now after completing my MBA i have recently given ICWAI final year group 3 exam.

Now my question is if i cleared the ICWAI final this term then do it is my First attempt na?

or the year 2012 which i have taken a drop will calculate as an attempt.

please note that i have not register for ICWAI, not even fill up the form during that period..

I am asking this question becasue many companies companies coming for placement ask for first attempt clearance..So do i am eligble for that company?

How company decide that i have cleraed the exam in first attempt.Do i have to mention somewhere that i have cleared exam in first attempt and does question will be raised why i have taken a drop during my MBA???

please tell me how i can check my registration status online for ipcc with icai.. pls give me the link.. plss its urgent....

An individual who was salaried in a company now got retired & reinstated in the same company under the head contract i.e the tds is deducted under sec 194c.I have a doubt that can we apply sec 44AD i.e presumptive basis.I want to know whether we can calculate under this section or if ITR IV is applicable can i file his return with nil balance sheet. In ITR IV according to my knowledge the p&l account should be filled than only it is reflected in computation i.e profit as per P&l.It is not possible to fill directly in computation Profit as per P&L.
So please help me to know whether i can file as per 44AD or Can i File a nil balance sheet

Iam aipcc student.Itook convertion from pcc to ipcc on 31-1-2013.After that i took terminition on 2-3-2009 after serving 8 months article training.That time as per icai student have two options either continue training or take termination from training.I am not registered new direct entry scheme of icai and i completed 100 hour ITT training before may 2013 exam.Now icai exam department sent me a letter that my may 2013 result likely to be cancelled if i not comleted 9 m0nths practical training and 100 hours itt as per bos/announcement/227/13 dated 7th january 2013 which i were not aware of it before exam.I want to appear november 2013 exam.what should i do?can i appear without reregistration of articleship?should i convert to ipcc to ipc?what should i do .please help.

i am ipcc student and have given my exams this may. I am also doing cs and i wanted to know the criteria for article ship and also selection of article ship firm. selection means like whether it should be tax audit, banking etc.

i also wanted to some firms where there is vacancies without clearing ipcc but having knowledge of it and selected as paid assistants.

plz suggest some firm names.

i am not doing b com coz m doing cs. i have completed cpt and computer training as well as orientation in both ca and cs

some vacancies in bangalore.

I have submitted the return on income tax website...however the Acknowledgement was sent without signature earlier and now the same is received by CPC office bangalore on 02 Apr 2013 for AY 2012-13. The return filed is having a refund of almost 34,000 becoz of loss from house property.

Plz advise what to do and would the refund be acknowledged by IT department.
