whether a dealer can change its name from vat registration form to his wife name. what is the relevent form for this changes.& fees?

Is the dealer running the business as proprietor or firm?

Once the propeietor's name is changed a new regidtration has to be done,even if it is a gift.....mjk

Yes sir. One has to surrender the existing RC and get new RC in wife's name.
