My uncle has received leave encashment . he is a school teacher in a govt aided school & he has govt iD card & the govt provides salary to him. I want to know whether he will be considered a govt employee & whether his leave encashment is exempt as leave encashment to govt employee is exempt

i am a salaried employee and my wife is a housewife.my wife do not has PAN.
i have a joint account in bank with my wife as primary account holder which is not linked with my salary account.My kids saving account are linked to this account.some Recurring Deposits are also linked to this account in the same bank.i am regularly transfering some of my savings to this account.
whether interest accrued on RDs are taxable under my income or otherwise.

I would like to ask one thing that Suppose Somebody working the Employer X and his not applicable to Tax Audit Under Section 44AB. Hence he is not applied for TAN. But in his office some persons are working and their income is crossed the Income Tax Exemption limit. In this case can Employer issue a Form 16 without having TAN or not?

also if Employee of X Employer income is below the income tax exemption limit Can he issue Form 16 without having TAN?

My friend is working as Government employee. His office is not providing Form 16. Let me explain bit more. In his office there is one unwritten rule. The office use to provide blank Form 16 to each employee in the month of Feb and asks employee to fill the details. After filling the details employee has to take the photocopy of that form and need to submit the original to the office. If someone ask for Validated form 16 later, the reply is that use the photocopy that retained while providing the form 16 filled own.
Can someone tell how to deal with this?

I am a govt employee and receiving ex-gratia salary/family pension in addition to my salary.To avail the SD of
Rs.15000/-which ITR to be filed by me.Itr-2
has no column for Sd.Ded.U/S 57(iia).
