I am a student of CS Professional. I will appear for professional exams in dec 2013.

Till now i have not undergone any training, SIP or EDP.

I am working as Purchase & Imports Executive in a Manufacturing & Trading company from last 4 years. Completed my bcom (H).

I want to know whether i SIP & EDP can be exempted for me. If yes then what should i do, where i have to submit the documents and if i will not get exemption then how can i apply for these trainings.
Also help me with the 15 months training session, that will be exempted or not ?

Please advice.

My client has received Rs. 37.00 lac from relatives for making Demand Draft for applying the Wine Shop in relatives name. As relatives haven't opened any bank account till date. Friends, One of my client is into a joint venture with a French company. They have formed a private limited company with 50:50 shareholding in 2010 and the shares were allotted to the foreign partner in compliance with RBI and ROC. Due to Europe slow down the joint venture is called off. Now we need to purchase the shares from the foreign partner by transferring the fund from India. Please advise the procedures to be complied with RBI and ROC. Appreciated for your valuable advise.

Dear Experts,
Any body can tell me that, First Stage Dealer can pass only Excise Duty, not the Education & Secondary & Higher Education Cess.
Regarding this, I got a invoice from a first stage dealer, in this, he only passes me the basic excise duty not the edu. cess & S&H Edu. Cess. After questioning to him, he said about a month ago, there is no provision for pass the Education Cess & S&H Edu. Cess.
Kindly give some light upon this matter as soon as possible.
