my query is my client applied for pan no in trust but in application wrongly tick in AOP rather than trust so how can i surender pan no ...what is the format for surrender of pan no..

can i applied new pan no application for trust.?

can a proprietor of the firm combined his personal bank a/c to his firm or can he take loan amount of the firm on his personal bank account if yes how can we show it on book of account of the proprietorship firm

A family trust was formed by a family and duly approved by all . Whether this private Trust need to registered with I.T Act and under any other Act? Whether this Trust attracts Stamp Duty Act,need be register under any Act?

The articles are silent about the same.

Since its a purely private company section 296 is not applicable. so how to go with the appointment of MD.

we are service Receiver. Is this correct or there are any changes in Notification.

A firm avails the services of a Clearing & Forwarding agent for exporting goods. The Bill raised by the C & F Agent includes FREIGHT CHARGES paid to the carrier alongwith his c & f agency charges.
It's known that C& F charges paid attract TDS u/s. 194C.

Qt. Whether TDS is required to be deducted on the amount of Freight paid to the carrier by the C & F agent on our behalf ???
