20 September 2013 Dear experts,
Ours is a yet to start pvt. ltd company in media sector.
We started incurring some pre operative expenses and my doubt is how we have to show these expenses in P&L and B/S. Whether we need to transfer all the expenses to pre operative expenses or we need to show in P&L
Please guide me and how to prepare Sch VI format for this kind of companies.

20 September 2013 if company started its commercial operations and started earning you need to prepare profit and loss other wise all are preoperative expences which can be shown under pre-operating expences
