My Last year gross receipt was 104 Lacs and this year (P.Y. 2012-13) gross receipt is 95 lacs only. Is it compulsory for me to get Tax Audit Done this year also?????

If ITR-1 is filed whithin due date and refund cheque has been received but there is mistake in my bank Account no.What is the procedure to correct the same and what is the time limit to process the same?

If ITR-1 for AY 2012-13 and AY 2013-14 has been filed on 2nd september 2013 in which there is mistake in my Bank Account No. and the case is of Refund. What is the way to correct the same ? As we know that the belated return can not be revised. Can we rectify our mistake by filing under section 154 ?

If ITR-1 for AY 2013-14 is filed after due date but there is some mistake in ITR whether we can revised the return ?

dear sir,
i have a company which has 4 branches.if an inter branch transfer is made for sale and purchase of goods then while making a meger of all the branches for balance sheet purpose, do we need to deduct the amount of purchase and sale of inter branch goods from total purchase and sale.
If yes, then does it not affect our closing stock and opening stock of next year.
