what is the capital gain tax on sale of agricultural land and what are the exemptions u/s 54
Dear Sir,
I want to open a c/a in name of proprietorship business but bank asking registration of the business in sale tax or service tax or other in any other government authority.
I think these authorities also would required bank detail to provide the registration.
So, I want to know, is there any way to open the account without having above registration?

I want to know that, it is required to deduct TDS on international payment, if we take services from the USA client against it we have to pay in USD then we have to deduct TDS on his/her income.

we have received notice for IT dept short payment in 3 rd quarter for salaries 40000/- Rs.2000/- short
salary paid for DEc 13 Rs.40000/- TDS deducted 2000/- from employee and same deposited in the bank
Jan month we have paid Rs.45000/- but we deducted from 6500/- and same deposited in bank that will come in 4 th quarter
Now, can i adjust the amount which was already paid or if i will paid it will be excess.

As per section 175 of CA 2013: A resolution by circulation of the Board is to be considered as passed when: (i) if it has been approved by the majority of the members on the Board of the Company (ii) by majority of the directors who are in India (iii) whose Indian address is registered with the Company.
Section 289 of CA 1956 required passing of the resolution by circulation by majority of directors present in India.
