Interest on tax for late payment

Sir/s,
I have filed ITR for AY 2013-14 on 25th marchbbb. Tax due was also paid on the same date. Am I liable to pay interest on tax due? Is there any difference on the interest liability if I am a Senior Citizen?

Sir, 234A interest shall apply regardless of age. interest under 234B and C shall not be applicable to senior citizens if there is no business/profession income.
