We are already registered in traces but not shown 16 B Certificate.

Dear Rupesh, Form 16B is very much available and is available for download after 15-20 days of submitting form 26QB.
Dear Bhupender, the person who has deducted taxes from payment for purchase of property under section 194ia, can download the Form 16B after logging into traces account. Go to download section
