Whether interest on TDS allowable expenditure under income tax or not?

Please can anyone suggest what shall be the total statutory filing fees for incorporation of a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013.

What is the filing fees for Form DIR. 3?

1.a person received a property from his mother by way of gift deed. is this gift is tax free.
2.he earned rent from the said property. is income from rent receiced will be added in his mother' income.

Hey Experts,

While filling form DIN-4, I am facing following problems:

1. When I enter PAN and go for verification, it shows PAN doesn't match with Income Tax PAN Database (However PAN is correct as per Income tax Database)?

2. When it (Another Form-23B) comes to prescrutiny, it shows that the form is not latest one (However I have downloaded form from MCA website and tried agai8n multiple times??

One of my friend received a notice us 148 for ay 2007-08 on dated 27-03-2014. He sold a piece of agriculture land for Rs. 7 lac in July 2006. Otherwise he had no taxable income for the same year(Rs 48000 PA as salary only).
Now, he talk to ITO and he advised to file return for same year. But, an advocate suggest that no need to file return because they will reassess and ask for capital gain on Rs. 7 lac.
Pl suggest what we should do? Early as possible.

I HAVE CONTRACT TO RENOVATE THE MUNICIPALY BUILDING WITH LABOUR & MATERIAL OF Rs. 10 LACKS.
1) MUNICIPALTY HAS PAID 8 LACKS AFTER DEDUCTION.
2) I HAVE TO PAY Rs. 2LACK AS A LABOUR EXPENSES.

one of our customer charge ST @12.36% on Bill discounting , the Audit party disallow the credit we have taken on discounting. the base of Disallowing credit is as this is not input services so we can't take credit , your expert opinion is awaited.
