In the case of immovable property

The possession of immovable property got by the transferee but the deed of conveyance is not executed and registered ,

the above situation means TRANSFER OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

I have cleared my Cs final(professional exams) but till now I haven't done any of the trainings.I have completed my Ca article ship.can anyone pls help me regarding the trainings I have to complete for d degree.?

Joint purchasers X, Y and Z.
Sale consideration of property 20000000
In this case, what will be the position of sale consideration is 10000000.

I am a CA final student and in second year of article training, in a year I've learned only Concurrent Audit and Audit. I'm worried about other works which i dont know like B/Sheet, Taxation,Project Report etc. is there any option to get paid training??

ASSESSEE RECEIVED ADVANCE FOR SALE OF HIS AGRICULTURE LAND BUT DEAL WAS CANCELLED AND ADVANCE MONEY FORFEITED BY ASSESSEE IS IT TAXABLE?? it is advance money for sales AGRICULTURE land. reply fast please its urgent.
and also this agriculture land is received as gift to parental of assessee.
