My Query is in relation to clubbing of income :-

1.0 IF one person is covered in the ambit of section section 27(i)i.e. deemed ownership case or if covered in section 64(1)(iv) that means he transferred the asset otherwise than for adequate consideration but some consideration is there
when the clubbing provision will attract whether income arise should be apportioned /proportioned

Example:- Mr.ram sold a plot to his wife for rs 200000.00 on the other hand he sold two other piece of land at same location for rs 26 lakh each that means he sold the asset to his wife for inadequate consideration ,covered u/s 64(1)(iv) at the time when his wife sold that property for rs 26 lakh

so my query is on how much amount mr.ram would be taxed.
whether on 26 lakh or after deducting 2 lakh

Please provide the format of statutory audit report of companies as per company's act 2013. Also if there is any change in format, then please specify the section for the same company's act 2013.

Also,if new format is applicable, then we have to mention either Schedule 3 or schedule 6 of the company's act.

Sir, I Started My Articleship in Jan 2012but due to some reason it was discontinued for about 5 months and now the proposed completion date is in Sept 2015. Whether i can appear in Ca Final Exam to be Conducted in Nov 2014.
if i appear in Nov 2014 for first group, at the same time it is possible to Appear in May 2015 fro 2nd group or not.

Pls suggest.

It's urgent

this is regarding my termination from my company after giving resignation to them.
Also in the settlement they have deducted the three month notice period salary but as per the appointment letter if company itself terminate the employee than company has to pay one month salary to the employee or one month notice.

can anyone suggest what the best i can do, if comany will provide me the relieving letter than also i agree to pay the notice pay to them, so please suggest.
