Interest on late tds deposition

Dear All,
I deducted TDS for the month of March on 30 March 2014 Rs:- 200000 on u/s 192B on employees salaries which I would have deposited to Govt Department before 7th April 2014 but I could not deposit it to day I am gonna deposit of TDS already deducted in the month of March 2014 I want to know how many month of interest & rate of interest would be calculated on TDS deducted if I deposit TDS of Rs:- 200000 on 21 May 2014.

for march month tds deposit date was 30.4.2014 not the 7.4.2014.
if you deposit the tds on today you have to deposit the tds with intt 2 month @ 1.5% per month = 3% of TDS amount Rs. 20000/-= 6000 and tds return filing date was 15.5.2014 if you are filing TDS return today then you have to pay fie Rs. 200 per day for 6 days = 200x6= 1200 .

Its means TDS deducted in the month of march 2014 if deposited after 07 April 2014 then it will calculate interest for 2 month @ 1.50% per month. isn't.........?
