2. Which is the most suitable CPA course for working in India, are Indian professionals eligible for this course

The rate of VAT of chuda -exempted (i.e.the final product)

If a person purchases paddy from within the state then he has to pay VAT @ 4% and thereafter he sells the final product which is exempted from tax.

But what happen when the same person will purchase paddy from any neighbouring state, assuming that the rate of CST is 0%.
a)whether he will have to pay VAT on the purchase price if it is purchased from outside state. what are its pros & cons.

WHAT IF THERE ARE DIFFERENCES IN THE CURRENT YEAR'S OPENING TRIAL BALANCE AND THE PREVIOUS YEAR'S? I UNDERSTAND THAT THE CURRENT YEAR'S BALANCES WOULD CHANGE .. BUT IF THERE ARE TOO MANY FIGURES WITH SUCH CHANGES AND IF THER IS NO PROVISION FOR LEDGER SCRUTINY THEN IS THERE ANY WAY OUT?

law-i came 2 know dat in law they mainly ask cases.....but i dont know how to write cases in law....

Pls, guide that can i charge depreciation on truck which we have given on lease with conditions that title will transfer after 10 years at Re 1 Cost.
Last year we had not charged depreciation, but this year we want claim deprecion on trucks. Can we do that?
