if new partner is entered in to firm during the f.y. ( feb ) and he gets monthly salary some amt. can i capitalised his annual salary or from feb only ?

Dear Member,

As per Companies Act 2013, for the Shareholders meeting of a Wholly owned Subsidiary Company, for a Quorum do we need to have the Physical Presence of All the Shareholders or the Proxies would suffice the purpose???

Would appreciate if suggested with relevant sections.

Tds on minors income

tds on rent is @10% if limit exceed 1.80 lac. bt wht if property registered in the name of minor. .. is tds need to be deduct in minors name Or in his parents name (because minor income will club into 1 of his parent income) ?
