29 June 2014 first clause of explanation to this section talks about - reference to rules where valuation date is date of reciept of consideration
and
second clause of explanation to this section
talks about valuation to be done on date of allotment..
after
higher amongst two will required to be selected
these both are refereing different date how can anyone compare them.
