Sir,
I want to create & use one persons e mail with his permission. Under the Information technology act or under Cyber act is there in provision for doing that type of work.

If the person whose email and password agrees to use it by u then there is no problem.

I want make an agreement for future. I didn't want to face any type of problem. So for that purpose I want to make an agreement under IT act or under any other act
