Do we need to pay any tax for the property sold? The property is about 3 yrs old.

Hi, My self chetan.. I am planing to attend Nov 2014 IPCC exam. I have registered with PE2 IN 2006, later I have shwitched to ipcc scheme in 2012, now I wish to attend exams on Nov 2014. Sir I had applied for articleship termination and I got confirmation on e sahayata that my termination has been approved. I want to re register now but my name still exists on the article clerk list of my principal. So please guide me whether I can re register or not as I have not received confirmation letter from ICAI but on phone NRO officials said that I can register. thanks

Hello Sir/ Mam

I have completed my CA in August 2013. But recently i have to move to California USA temporary due to my husband short term (1 year or 2 year max) transfer.

I am on dependent visa and also have a year old child. I can't work here but can do study. So to maximum utilize my time i am thinking of some courses like transfer pricing or IFRS or any internationally recognized courses.

Can you please suggest me some courses and corresponding colleges which do have value in India and help me in my career further.
