Good Evening Sir, My query is related to Leave encashment related to Govt. Employee. Sir, My dad was retired 3 years before? He is a senior citizen. Now F.Y 2013-14 he received Leave encashment with Pension. So BMC has deducted Tds of Rs. 10,750/- . So i want to know that Leave encashment would be exempted as well as pension income? Sir, its my humble request for above query? kindly solve it.

Y'day i registered 1 of my client with the income tax department. Then after i received an activation link in the mail. But as i clicked the activation link i was asked the MOBILE PIN. I had registered my client's mobile no. with the department bt no message regarding any pin is received by him. Nw widout that pin i cannot activate the id... what is the remedy in this case? Plz suggest. I tried the help line no. of income tax department bt no response from there.

My Query is: The receiver may be Male/ Female in its Demat Account received some shares from his/her Father without any consideration. After 3 months he /she sold the shares. The receiver may or may not be the earning member odf the family.What will be the tax implication on the above transaction.Later if he / she transfers the sale proceeds to the father then again what will be the tax implications.

then what should i do for received notice for interest on tds paid of march in april 2014 on 30-04-2014

Query :Is wealth Tax return in form no. BB is mandatory for the assessee who covered u/s 44AB of IT Act? Or its just an option to file when the assessee's net wealth increase the limit of 30 Lakh.

FY 2012-13 we showed profit U/s 44AD * return filled in time. FY 2013-14 there is loss. We are not going as per U/s 44AD. My question is if we filled return after 31st July 2014 our loss will be carry forward to next year ? secondly If there is loss FY 2013-14 any change to get our file to be open for scrutiny. because we change our method of accounting.

We had conducted board meeting on 31st March 2014.Is it compulsory to conduct Board meeting in each quarter? and what would be last date for me to conduct Board meeting in this quarter? and What would be the effect if the board meeting will not be conduct?
