22 July 2014 I'm an LIC commission agent. I wrongly filed ITR 1 instead of ITR 4. What should i do?
(I have downloaded ITR 4 java utility but some errors are showing up).

22 July 2014 yes download it from income tax website and file it before 31.7.2014

22 July 2014 Will it be original or revised return?

22 July 2014 the first return will not be counted as a valid return and as if no return has been filed by u so u need to file original itr4 this time.

22 July 2014 An error is showing when i try to submit - only one original return can be filed u/s 139(1). Please change the section and retry.
