My query is i am running a small resturant under sole propritership with 1 chef & 2 waiters since my turnover is not so much so that i have do vat registration or service tax registration or any type of audit under any act,
Now i am planning to expand it as my business is growing and we have to hire more chef and waiters so which entity is more suitable for me partnership firm or a private company ?
If partnership firm can i get a sample of partnership deed ?

Can any tell me..how to really become ca....I lost my isca exemption .....every effort I made....now effort result is I m zero today....I m finding no way in my life.....Jo marks expect karo ....reverse they give.

hii guys.. plz help on the following matter. . mere ca final k exam mei isi atmpt mei 2nd group clear ho gya h and got 396 marks in aggregate. and passed ib all subjects. I.e more than 40. so m revaluation ki soch rha hu.. m 2nd grp ke 2 sub ki b revaluation chahta hu. kya revaluatin mei marks kam b hote h.. kyuki mera 2nd grp clear h n I dnt wana tk risk.. agr kam b hote h thn m ni bharunga... thanks in advance.

Respected members, my articleship is going to be complete in nov 14 and i my gmcs is pending which is 2 be completd in the last year of articleship training. as i also have my exam in november so was planning 2 do it after exams. is dis allowed? pls guide me through dis.

i got exemption in 2 paper.. sfm and law... but failed in ac and audit..... i only study isca only less then 1 day but got 42 marks... now can any one suggest me wt to do now... suggest me any book for audit.. in hindi medium...

Is doing ERP/SAP courses helpful for ca/ icwa freshers before joining any job in industry? (From local technical institutes)Please guide if anyone has practical knowledge about it...i heard that doing these courses is a wastage of time and money... Is it true???

i registered for articles on 22-2-2012(with in the due date) .Due to severe ill health i took leaves for 84 days and took termination on 24-5-2012
and i received a letter from icai that i have taken 84days leaves and mentioned that i have to complete balance 2years 9months of articles..after my health condition was stablized I re-registered for articles on 27-8-2012 in another firm and my principle said that he will cover 84days leaves but he can't cover the gap araised from 24-5-2012 to 26-8-2012 ..so from 27-8-2012 i calculated 2years 9months and mention in 103 form that my articles r gng to complete on 27-5-2015..is my calculation crct?.so now my query is when is my final attempt?.and when my articles r going to complete crctly and am I eligible to appear ca-final exams in nov 2014?....so pls kindly give me the clarity regarding my final attempt..
