A Company put their product in the stall conducted by the society.
Society raised the bill for Rs.1,00,000
Whether the company has to deduct TDS under 194C or 194I??


The company now deducting TDS under 194I as rent paid to the society for that conference.

I want to know whether this expenses can be consider as Sales promotion or Advertising?
If the company is correct Limit should consider in this case or not??
they are paying only once in a year.

Is TDS app. on foreign payment?

I have completed my articleship,can a ca without practice as a member only of institute attest/sign the exam form or it is compulsory to sign the form from ca in practice with his office seal ??

Is it mandatory to file Form ADT-1 with GNL-2 for Re- Appointment of Auditor in every AGM?

I am in process of annual filing in ROC.Form 23B was mandatory to file under companies Act 1956 for re-appointment of Auditor for the next financial year. Is it Mandatory under Companies Act 2013? If yes may i know which form to file and due date of same?

HelloSir, i have 10 months of articles experience. I registered articles with degree. I had well experience in income tax returns filing, tax audits and a club internal audit, co-operative society statutory audit. Now my question is i want to take for rest of period dummy for preparation and coaching of both ipcc and final exams. Kindly suggest me whether to take dummy or continue in articles. As i am feeling much stress for managing both studies and work. kindly suggest me something? I am really confused.

My registration for IPCC expires in August 2014... as results are on 21st August and I'm not sure whether I will clear or not.. So when should I get my registration renewed??? Bcoz the last date of filing exam form is 31st August... So if I renew my registration after 21st August will I be registered before 31st August??
And what's the procedure to get my registration renewed???

I m practicing chartered accountants but if i have make application for the bank concurrent audit or revenue audit so their is any CV for details provided to the bank,?

And all the bank has condition to CISA or DISa and experience chartered accountant ? so how it possible to get work before provided any work by bank to newly chartered accountant?

We have submitted an application for change in jurisdiction of Assessing Officer but more than one month elapsed and there was no reply, then again we have submitted another application for the same but again more than one month has elapsed but the jurisdiction has not changed, So what should we do now?
