Im in second year of articleship and my principle wants to give me termination by mentioning the reason as misconduct. What will be the consequences by such an action? Will there be any bias in the paper valuation if I take termination due to misconduct? Meanwhile I have consulted in another firm and explained them that, as there is dispute with the former principal I took termination and I have not mentioned them that Im taking termination by mentioning as misconduct and there are ready to take me for articles, in such can I take termination with that reason? Will there be any other effects if I forward in this way? Sir, please help me in taking a right decision.
