In the year 2009-2010 i filled my tds and after some time received a cheque of rs. 12000as my refund . But the account on which that cheque was issued was closed so i returned the cheque to issue it in my some other account. But till now have not received anything. . i have send application to juridiction bt still not get my cheque yet wat should i do nw??

When Filing ITR-2 even though you select sec 111A then also it calculates the capital market income @15% not the 10% slab even though your income below Rs.5 lacs.

Sir , i am a Resident assessee . my age is around 82 years of old . my gross total income is Rs.356500 including long term capital gain of Rs. 145000 on sale of a portion of my house property. My queries are:-
1. shall i get the slab benefit ? if yes,then my tax liability would be nil ?
2. shall i be required to file my i.t.r ?

For example a company is paying MAT in earlier years and there is an accumulated MAT Credit of Rs.500 to their account.

In the previous year the company went into Business Loss.There is a TDS credit of Rs.60 in this year.So while filing return of Income Tax,How much refund the company should claim ?
Is it TDS of Rs.60 or Is it TDS of Rs.60+MAT Credit of Rs.500=Rs.560 ?

I am self employed in business and i have prepared P&L and B/s of my business but i have 1 query that in F.Y. 2012-13 TDS of Rs. 91000/- was deducted on my income by principal who has given me contract of work. I was shown that TDS in B/s of F.Y. 2012-13 on asset side. In july, 2013, i had filed my I.T. Return and tax paid Rs. 78000/- and Rs. 13000/- is to be received as refund. So i want ask in what manner i should take the entries of these transactions in my books of a/c. Plz reply fast.....

Can the same assessee incorporate both an HUF and an LLP simultaneously?
Say, Ramesh an individual formed an HUF with his wife.
Thereafter, can he incorporate an LLP with himself and wife as the designated partners.
