19 August 2014 It is possible for a individual to claim two house rent paid one for his own rent (where is working)second for his family staying away from him in any of the metros? What is the section for refer (sec-10(13A) or something else.

If eligible for claim for both the rent paid by him then what is the qualifying criteria?

19 August 2014 you wont be able to claim HRA for both the houses. only the house you are living in shall be covered.
