Tds refund

In the year 2009-2010 i filled my tds and after some time received a cheque of rs. 12000as my refund . But the account on which that cheque was issued was closed so i returned the cheque to issue it in my some other account. But till now have not received anything. .
i have send application to juridiction bt still not get my cheque yet wat should i do nw??

you will have to pursue the matter with the AO only....

application will not work in such case u must meet the jurisdictional ao for resolving this matter
