One of my clients intends to Sale a Factory Shed and purchase a residential house/residential plot and carry on construction on it. The asset being sold is Long Term Capital asset.

My query is whether LTCG arising out of sale of Factory Shed Can be treated as purchase of new asset for set of of LTCG.

invoice date is 29th July
invoice receiving Date on 31st July
entry Date in tally is 2nd August
now just i want to know journal entry date in tally is right and will effect of TDS if we make entry on 2nd august .

if i received cheque from customer on 18th August and deposit to cheque in bank on 19th August now we should make entry of cheque received on which date.

if a cheque issued to creditor ,cheque issuing date on 18-8-2014 but after singing on cheque it shall be given to creditor 22th august , now we should make entry in my books of accounts on which date.

can anybody tell me that from which books I should prepare for IPCC both group my attempt is may 2015 please also suggest me best scanner for all subject

i dnt filled form 112 as i completed my b.com corresspondance
now i am a c.a. so is there any requirement of it . my principal is ready to sign my form as i dnt do any regular course during my ca training.
please help me and tell me should i file form 112 now or there is no need to file it..
