In Clause NO. 34(a) of the new form 3cd, are details of TDS to be given only if the assessee is in default ? If the information is required to be given anyway, then whether details of each and every payment are to be mentioned or consolidated figures under each section i.e. sec. 194A, 194-C etc. are only to be mentioned ?

Dear Sir, Person earning LIC commission only.. no other source.. which itr to be used.. last time he had filed ITR1.. but i think ITR4 should be file.. also there are 6 transaction in 26AS.. TDS deducted @ 10% 194D but in last transaction TDS is deducted more than 30%(Amount Credited 5836 & TDS deducted 2076) ... y so.?? plz guide..
