I am Naresh, i joined Direct Entry for ipcc and article ship, but i have some personal problem now i decided my article ship put into freeze and again after two year i completed my article ship, please suggest me for how to process for this issue.

I have some confusion regarding article assistant

I Have Register for article ship on 01/July/2013 to till date,

I attempt 1st group of ipcc in may 2014 exams,but not clear, so how my exams in my article in freeze.

Individual resident having gross turnover of 50 lac and a profit of 1 lac only. I;e 2%. Lower than basic exemption.
Is he required to get his books audited????
Kindly explan with reference of sec 44AD(5).

sir i have submit my ca final exam form in english medium by mistakly.. now want to change medium from english to hindi plz tell me how can i do it???

A company whose Nature of Business is Film Production have no business in the F.Y 13-14 (No Income),but it has Expenditure i.e Interest on Loans taken by the company.Now,my Query is whether that company is Liable to allow such Finance Costs as allowable Expenditure in this F.Y 13-14 even if there is no business

please help me, can I give exam after receive ATC certificate?

my exam is in november 2014 and my articleship is due to be complete on 23rd mar. 2015 but if due to some reason i will not be registered in articleship on 1st november 2014(i.e. exam month) whether i would be eligible to appear in exam that is my first attempt of final. pls help me.

I gave my ipcc may attempt nd got an exemption in accounts and not cleared any other papers... if i got a good aggregate of marks in other subjects den can i get a rank???

I have cleared IPCC examination may2014 at first attempt. As articleship should I go for industries or manufacturing firms for articleship?? Do advice with your opinions. If industry is the option can you suggest any companies?

Can an HUF be formed by Karta designated his property as that of HUF?
If Karta, or a member of proposed HUF gifts money or property to HUF, will the income from the gifted property be deemed to be income of donor or that of HUF?
Will Karta or member has to prepare a gift deed and register the same in favour of HUF?
