Verification regarding 15ca/cb

i am sending fund Rs. 70.00 Lacs to my daughter NRO to NRI A/c india to UK for purchase house. She is NRI resident. before NRI she has income tax payee in india his own fund Rs. 20.00 Lacs included Rs. 70.00 Lacs. balance 50.00 Lacs gift and loan received from relatives. please advice if 15CA/CB certificate required to remittance this fund to UK.

Dont want to file return

If i don't want to file return in future after filing of 1 year return, what is your opinion on this.

Return not file

If we file our 1 return of FY 2009-10 in jan-2011, then after no return will be file by us. So it is necessary to file every year return? If i want to discontinue to file return & dont want to file the return. any problem arise or its ok.

i cleard my group 1 in may 2014..
and i m going to complete my ITT training at the end of sept....

I want to know that when will be my ca final exam will due.. i m being confused by all senoir fellows..

plz clear me out with all the dates.. i mean if I register for articleship before such date then my fanal exam attempt will be this...all such kind..
