I have some funds in my NRE account which are currently invested in FD. These investments were tax free due to the NRE account. I came back to India a few months back and my status would now change from NRI to Resident and consecutively the investment will no longer be tax free.
What are my options where I can invest these funds where taxability is low or none.
Please give me some advice.
