i have cleared my CPT in may 2007 and currently pursuing articleship.. my PCC attempt is in may 2009..

I have planned to do B.Com through Correspondence... Is it beneficial to join under the new scheme introduced by IGNOU??? Or a normal B.Com under Madras University is more valuable than this???
Since i heard many people saying that B.com under Madras University is more preferrable than opting under IGNOU...

So please guide me in this respect

i wanted to know wheather the sodoxho passes given by the empoyer to the employee is taxabe or it is excpt

one of my office mate was tellin that it is taxabel in the hands of empoyees because the Income tax dept has withdrawn that provising form 2006 Fianance act.

Whether VAT is applicable on Coronary Stents which is used in Heart Treatment. I think this is under Life Saving Device and It should be exempted. In Union Territory the VAT is exempted on Coronary Stent but what about Gujarat Maharashtra and other State.
