Preliminary Expenses

1)
Expenses incurred before incorporation in relation purchase of land and its related expenses-payment of salries to employees and payment to consultants for drawings in relation to construction of building.

2) What are the expenses which need to be clasidied as Preliminary expenses.Does it include payment made to conlutants for design and drawings for construction of building.

questions to enrich knowledge

how a company should make provision on 31.1.09 for the sale promotion activity for which the bills will be submitted on 15.2.09. as per my opinion the previous trends i have to go through and then i have to make provision accordingly.

scruitiny selection

ihave a filed income tax return of a civil contractor showing net profit 5% for A Y 2007-08. The turnover iswas Rs1.25 cr.It is not covered by section 44 AD.As per scrutiny norms for the relevant a.y.if the n/p is above 5% and turnover is above Rs 1.00 cr,it will not be selected for scruitiny. The case filed by me fullfills the above requirements.But,it has been selected for scruitiny. What is reamedy.how can i challange this selection

Qualification for IPCC

Actually the qualification for IPCC is:
1.Passing CPT
2.Completion of +2

I Hav a doubt, that a student who had directly completed graduation course without doing +2 in other than commerce back ground is eligible for doing IPCC.

I am working as a Accounts Executive,
