Qualification for IPCC

Actually the qualification for IPCC is:
1.Passing CPT
2.Completion of +2

I Hav a doubt, that a student who had directly completed graduation course without doing +2 in other than commerce back ground is eligible for doing IPCC.

Resolution by Circulation U/s 372A

Hi All,

I have a query regarding Investment U/s 292 and 372A.

Can we pass the resolution by circulation under these sections for investment.

one more thing is there. Can a general authority can be given to MD to invest within limits prescribed U/s 292 and 372A.

I am of the view that a proper board meeting is necessary for resolution U/s 292 n 372A

Please Explain.

Regards,
Anirudh

If any HUF Property is divided among its members/co-parcenors,then for this purpose does documents contain only %age share of members/co-parcenors or does it also contain(specify) which portion of property belongs to whom?

For e.g A 200sq feet property is on the name of Mr.O now Mr.O divides the property among its 9 children each having share of 20 sq.ft.Now my question is whether documents prepared for this purpose will contain only share i.e 20 sq ft.(per children) or it also specify which portion of property belongs to whom?
