I am doing C.A Final I want to join industrial training on june 2009, what is the MINIMUM STIPEND for industrial trainee,because i want to start my training in my local city Jalandhar (PUNJAB) in a company which full fill the institute criteria. RATE OF DIVIDEND

MY COMPANY WANTS TO DELARE INTERIM DIVIDEND @ 2.5%. SHOULD IT BE PROPORTIONATE IF PERIOD OF DIVIDEND IS 9 MONTHS.

WHETHER IT IS COMPULSORY TO OPEN DIVIDEND ACCOUNT IN BANK EITHER IF COMPANY WANTS TO PAY DIVIDEND IMMEDIATELY WHEN DECLARED. PLEASE REPLY AS IT IS URGENT.

I want to know the tax liability status for sardar sarovar bonds. Maturity value of these bonds are taxable under capital gains or It is a interest income.

Rent for hangar space

Can service tax credit be taken on rent paid to airport authority for hanger space hired by the company? The subsidiary company is created by the company for purchase of aeroplane. The aeroplane is used by the directors of company for their personal use.
