if a company has failed to pay the tds amount deducted in time, say for jan and feb they have deducted but paid to central government along with the march month tds, in this case will those jan and feb amounts are to disallowed or not?

Hey i wanted to ask that if i have procured imported good on which i have taken cenvat credit, so at the time of export if i ask for the duty drawback wouldn't that be double benefit.

Our company has a rented premise. To avoid power cut, we are using common genset installed in our building common facility.

We pays to our owner per month, apart from office rent, on the basis of units consumed by us.

Does this re-imbursement attracts TDS ?
