FBT on Sales Promotion

Hi,


Is FBT Applicable on Sales Promotion Expense

I work in IT company and in my company's sales promotion ledger generally, expenses related to gift given to customer, dineer lunch expense of customer, any expense by Sales guys for sales promotion is included.

Please tell me whether Security Deposit Accepted is to be shown under section 269SS??

Exemption of Long term Cap Gain

I have LTCG Current Yr. If I book a flat under construction today by paying an advance and balance is payable over a period of two yrs then on completion possession will be given. Will I be able to get exemption from long term capital gain?

Increase in Authorised capital

If authorised capital of a company is to be increased say from Rs 30,00,000 to Rs 50,00,000 what are the requirements as per companies act?(for eg no of resolutions to be passed, types of resolution, forms to be filed with ROC etc.)
