Hello,

how to trace bank cheque of union bank of india where cheque is issue and it is deposited into party account and in my bank statement there is no full details available and there is no bill to bill payment so
how can i come to know about this cheque. i have not written in record slip.

Professional tax

If somebody's monthly salary is 12000 but in a particular month he gets only 2000, then should professional tax be deducted from his salary or not? Please explain the rule.

SIR,
I AM CA STUDENT.I WAS REGISTERED FOR ONLY IPCC BOTH GROUPS (NOT FOR ATC) IN JULY 2010. I AM PASSED GROUP-1 IN MAY 2012 AND EXEMPT ACCOUNTANCY OF GROUP-2 IN NOV 2012.I AM COMPLETING 7 MONTHS (SEP 2012 TO AS ON) OF ARTICLESHIP TRAINING.I WANT TO LEAVE/DROP CA COURSE AFTER CLEARING CA IPCC (BOTH GROUP). SO MY QUERY IS WHAT CONDITIONS I WILL FULFILL FOR TAKEN A ATC CERFICATE.
