Our Company(Pvt Ltd.) wish to raise paid up capital in this week, please advise whether sections of Company Act 2013 will be applicable in that case? its urgent.

i am facing a problem in ITR4 excel utility, as i know the last date of filing return of an individual who is a partner in a firm which is auditable u/s 44AB (only firm is liable not the partner in my case) is 30 the sep. (correct me if i m wronge) but the prob. Which i m facing is that excel utility is calculating interest u/s 234a. please let me know , what shuld i do.

I have filed for incorporation of a Private Limited Company on 15-09-2013 with an authorised capital of Rs.5 lakhs. I have filed Form 1, 32 and 18. However, ROC placed a query asking to comply with the notification dt.12-09-2013 and submit an affidavit. The notification does not clarify as to what the affidavit should be. Can you please give me a proforma of affidavit to be submitted and please mention any other corrections to be made in MOA or AOA.

where is the register new company

I decided to take a bank loan of Rs. 15,30,000/- for a truck; the loan manager said me to provide them last two years IT return. As per my return my monthly income is Rs.22,000/-. So sir, I want to know only one thing that am I eligible for a loan of Rs.15,30,000/- with this monthly income; and if not then how much monthly income required to get a loan of Rs.15,30,000/- for 60 months?
Any suggestion in this regard will great help for me.
