28 September 2013 i have a business of sand trading and transportation. for that i dealing in two firms. sand trading bill has made in vat registration firm and transportation bill has been made in other firm. could i make both bill in tax invoice format in vat regesterd firm

07 October 2013 Make 2 separate bills one for sand and the other for transportation charges. In sand bill charges VAT

07 October 2013 The Transportation of sand being sold by you shall neither be a GTA service nor courier service "i.e. door to door transportation" and therefore, it is a fit case for fighting as non taxable service. You should pay the service tax under protest.
