27 September 2013 plz clear my confusion.......... do we need to file 3ca-3cd for companies whose turnover not exceeding Rs. 100,00,00,0 (as specified in sec-44ab) or we need to file only when it exceeds.......

27 September 2013 As per Rule 6G, tax audit report is to be furnished in Form 3CA & Form 3CB and the particulars required to be furnished along with these tax reports should be in Form 3CD.

In your Case turnover not exceeding 1 crore, No Tax Audit,No need to file 3CA-3CB...

07 October 2013 No since the turnover is below 1 Cr. you need not file 3CA or 3CD therefore you cannot take the advantage of uploading of these form by 31.10.2013
