What is the difference between Insurance and Prepaid Insurance???

Hello there,My Original service Tax Return has been rejected with an error showing that the return for the same period has already been filed.

Kindly help me to correct the error and also lemme know whther m able to view the olready filed return???

Our Client has not filed service tax return of FY 2006-07,2007-08,2008-09,2009-10 (4 Yrs) so now they want to file all returns ......plz suggest me whether we have to file it manually or online..and in case online should we file in current ST-3 or not??????????

As per the TDS Rule, i Stared to Deduct TDS on advance Paymnet Basis . i deduct TDS 2% as it is contractor & he has told that hi has firm PAN Card . but when i received a Bill the PAN no. is of Client Name(individuals) & not the Co. Name. in this situation shall i continue to Deduct 2% TDS or else 1%

Please tell me, whether excise duty & sale tax are applicable for export of plastic article like plate tray etc by the manufacturer??Further also guide me on what elements are needed to be considered for export price calculation??Thanks in advance.

I registered for Articleship on 12.12.2012
and took transfer on 3 March 2013. Then re joined articleship on 6 June 2013. Now i want to take transfer again. but One year is over since DATE OF JOINING i.e 12 december 2012 but my articleship period is completed of only 10 months. So cai I Take transfer without any reaon i.e rule of taking transfer in first year of articleship?
