Without b.com llb

can llb can be done if we dont do b.com then on c.s base ?

I have completed my chartered accountancy course in 2013 , now I m in USA along with my husband on h4 visa ( dependent) . I could not work here so I am planning for hiegher studies to upgrade myself . In case of advance received,how to know whether advance is inclusive of tax or exclusive.i am very confused,because in practice manual in certain quetions they taken advance as inclusive of tax and in some quetions exclusive of tax...please solve my doubt

Exempt of nsc interest u/s 10(15)

I want to know :- is interest on NSC exempt or taxable ? And which case it is exempt or taxable . And one more thing deduction related to investment in NSC u/s 80C.
