03 January 2014 sir i have passed ca in may 2013. now i am working in NTPC. being a psu there is no much work load . so i want to study further . which one is better option . one of my senior suggest me to try once for ias. plz suggest me . thanks

03 January 2014 well if you are interested in civil services, then yes IAS makes sense.

if you want to make a career in private sector, then go for courses like FRM, CFA etc

03 January 2014 Well according to me, you should join CIVIL Services only and only if you want to serve people because generally we may get attracted towards the authority and status but at the same time you should give thought that you have to work apart from your hometown and you may miss the packages that you may receive as CA in private sector.
So do what your interest suggest you and not others suggest you.

13 January 2014 mirja sir . then what is the option for me to study further . i am ca, m.com., cs(final). which one is better for me cma or cfa or mba or any other. plz suggest a course which can b managed from a remote plant of ntpc
