I want to register for articleship.

I had passed my Group I of IPCE, completed ITT & OT Training.

I heard that the following document is to be attested by the same CA under whom i am registering.

Is it so ?

My CA is out of Station.

What should I do now.

Please do reply.

I have one friend and she is doing articleship last 3 months, but now she want transfer of articleship because she has not learning anything in current firm so can u tell me the procedure of transfer

maine tranfer liya ferurary me but CA ne wo back date mw diya hai like mujhe april me mila hai 109 signed from back date. to ab new firm me jaaunga 11 aprl se to 300 ke DD ke saath koi lettr jayega ?? ya nahi?? agar yes to kiske yha se? .. because pehle waale CA ne to apni taraf se time par de diya. i m confused..what to do?

I registered in IPCC direct entry scheme as on 31st March 14 and got the study material for two group on the same dated. But not fully aware about the classes/procedure /terms/conditions/ or any further task which i need to take care. I have only little bit heard that there is some article training and two more course like orientation and ITT which i hv to undergo. but how?

Pls guide me, so that i can at least start my study

i have completed ipcc both groups and going to join in articles this month
please suggest me whether i should get overall exposure that means joining in mid size firms or shall i go with big4 firms

mr.a proprietor of ABC & company is providing service under firm name.
and also from same premises mr. A is providing another service under his personal name "mr.A"

Question 1- only one registration required for both services or separate-separate registration required ?

Question-2: what will happen when both services are provided from different-2
premises

Hi every one...
Here i have a query on Forward Contract.

I am an importer where i imported some materials for 10000 USD through LC and entered a Forward Contract with bank.
Now i have the exchange rate like this, date of inception 1.4.2014 (spot rate) 1 USD = INR 60, I am assuming that the INR value may depreciate to 62 and entering into a forward contract (1.10.2014 @ 62/USD)

I need to solve this through the formula. please help me in a detailed manner.
