GST Implication on Commission / Affiliate Fee received from Booking.com (Netherlands)

This query is : Resolved

17 November 2025 Please advise on the GST Implications on Commission / Affiliatee Fee Received from Booking.com (Netherlands)

Will there be any ITC on the same

18 November 2025 Your commission income = export of services → 0% GST, if you meet export criteria and furnish LUT.

You can claim ITC on your GST-paid input costs (software, hosting, marketing, etc.) because it’s a business cost for export.

You do not pay GST on your commission income (if you follow the export route), but you do need to do GST compliance (invoicing, returns) properly.
