Tds on salary

if in an entity 1000+ workers work.... and salary is given to them 20000 p.m.
then tds on what slab will deduct
on after 200000
or
on after 220000
and it is not possible to realy find out for each worker that whose total income is above or below 500000 including other heads
then what will be the treatment for that???

Tds deducted more

we have deducted tds two times by oversight
can be claim refund for excess paid.

A company has appointed 4 independent directors, who are liable to retire by rotation prior to the coming into force of the CA,2013.Will it be necessary for it to change their terms of appointments to non-rotational basis at the coming AGM or they can continue as such till completion of their existing tenures?

A company in karnataka want to export my company's product in UK, If he issue form H he will not have to pay tax as a VAT, I want to know He is unable to issue us form "H" in that situation How much tax should he be liable to pay to Sales Tax Department?

i just tried to fill up online income tax return but this time IT Dept.change as itr utility. my income table as per below

salary - 120000
int.income - 103715
income on tata life policy - 112772

total income - 336487

deduction

lic pre. - 11409 (u/s.80c)
child edu.fees - 11950 (u/s.80c)
int.on sb a\c. - 3012 (u/s.80tta)
tata life policy income - 112772 ??????

my problem is this that income on tata life ins.policy need to put under which section?
i refer some website some of that says u/s.80 1010d but there is no column of this section in itr utility so what to do pl.help me

Income accurred but not due

Company is providing security agency service to various customers. The company raising its invoice of service provided to customer after completion of month services ie. service provide during the month of April is being billed in 1st May and book the revenue in 1st may in account book. However, all the expenses related to the month is being booked in last day of month says 30th April in this case.

The question is come in place at last month of financial year booking where at the end of financial year, company has booked March month expenses itself in March month as per running practice but income is booking in 1st april (Next financial year).

Company want to book the income on 31st march itself so that full income should be charged in P&L against the expenses charged for the period.
March service month bill has been served to client on 1st April date.
Can anyone suggest what accounting entry company supposed be passed. Can the bill value of March service month may debited in “Income accrued but not due” ledger.
