I have query regarding that how to edit a document or form which is in pdf format
. that means a pdf form downloaded from internet which is to be filled and again is needed to be sent online.

ALSO GIVE DETAILS OF OTHER UTILITIES ON GOVT WEBSITES WHICH ARE FREE OF COST AND CAN BE USED EFFICIENTLY INSTEAD OF PAYING TO PRIVATE SOFTWARES.
