How to protect our folder i.e. i want to give password for protect for protect folder.

I need a good comprehensive book on Tally which gives detailed practical explanation on implementation of VAT, CST etc., advanced entries, stock/ inventory and especially on how to use Tally effectively for the purposes of Management Information System (MIS).

I am a company secretary. I intend to do SAP FICO course but i think the fees is too high.I want to know whether doing this course from Applied Labs or Webcom Technologies which are not authorised study centres of SAP would be of any significance and would help me find a job?

Procedure for MNC company

Sir
We are starting the BPO business (MTB,HBT Business ) in India. but our client are in onside. Our transaction will be in US dollar. So I want to know which certificate we want to be required or in which department we should be register our self. Which types of taxes we have applicable.
I want to know what is STPI how its regulate?. Is it applicable to our company.
I want to know in which bank we should open a bank account. Any special formalities we want to be done for currency exchange. Tell me the procedure.

Investments Qty details in Tally

How to update quantity / price details for investments purchased in Tally...i know how to update the same in case of inventories however how can i do the same if i have to consider the stocks bought as investments..? Pls advice..
